What Is Manifestation?
Manifestation is the act of producing or bringing into existence a certain condition or physical entity. Like when you want an amount of money right now, if you can get the formula to align in your heart and mind, the Universe will conspire to make it happens to put the amount in your account by all means. It needs some practice and realization to get this right.
The Science on How to Manyfest Anything
Every thought vibrates, every idea radiates a signal, and every thought draws in a coordinating signal back. And so, you might see the effective Law of Attraction as a sort of Universal Manager that sees to it that all ideas that match one another line-up.
When you turn on your radio and deliberately tune your receiver to match a signal from a broadcasting tower, you comprehend this principle. When it is set at 98.6 FM, you do not expect to hear music transmitted on the radio frequency of 101FM to be received on your tuner.
Think of it like a tuning fork. A good vibe will vibrate another fork with the same good frequency.
You understand that radio vibrational frequencies must match, and the Law of Attraction agrees with you. There is no set series or method to manifest anything. Our book shops are filled with books and audio programs, one after another, informing you that they have found the latest “secret” or “techniques” for how to manifest anything.
I used to buy into all of those, and you may have too! It took me more than 10 years to finally recognize that the plain truth has actually been staring at me in my face all the time: There is no set sequence or series of steps for manifesting anything. What works is what works for you. And the sequence is different for each person on earth because it is special.
To Know Yourself and Living at the Moment
I noticed it begins from self-awareness, living in the moment attitude so you can think presently, right here, right now. You start to attract it into your reality when you’re in vibrational resonance with something. The best method to determine what frequency you’re on is through your emotions. Your feelings reveal a real reflection of your energy. To know your emotions, you need to describe them in a detailed, specific way. This is achieved by recognizing every signal in your body and mind.
Your Intention Must be Clear
The Universe will work in miraculous ways as soon as you make an objective clear. The symptom procedure starts, and things start to unfold in our favor when we put what we want out there. Our dreams come to life.
Write specifically what you want and when you want it to be true; go into as much detail as possible. If you desire a new car, don’t just imagine the vehicle. Put yourself in the car, driving it around. Consider how you feel while driving it, the sound of the cars and vehicles, the sight of other cars on the road, the temperature level of the air around you, and so on.
Live the experience as if it were true. Get creative with your scenes. Truly bring them to life by making them intense, colorful, loud, and grand. All you require to do is close your eyes and begin wondering. You don’t need to force yourself on this; keep the feeling real. If you’re not able, you need to practice with the next step to manifest anything.
Learn to declutter your mind from negativity
For the Law of Attraction to work, you have to believe positively to keep the dreams real. However, it’s challenging to remain favorable all the time. When things fail in life or don’t rather turn out how we expect, it’s hard to stay positive. I usually keep my mind at the moment and not let it wander into the past or future by doing real-time activities like writing, solving puzzles, or cooking; anything that needs focus and not in autopilot mode. Then I will meditate and focus back on clear intentions.
Remember the resonating tune fork? We can pick good vibrations from everywhere, like positive communities and friends. Positivity is contagious. They will vibrate the good tune in you as long as you’re open and let it be.
Self-love is the balance between accepting yourself as you are while understanding you deserve better, and after that, working towards it. It is different from selfishness. Self-love believes you deserve all of your dreams. Think it like a person you loved most, only it’s embodied in your own body and soul. Stop being a people pleaser, and you won’t please anyone and yourself that way.
Meditation is like summing up all your dreams and, at the same time, reset and get rid of the negativity radioactive inside you. You can combine it with breathing techniques and relaxation.
Write Down Your Goals and Break Them Into Smaller Goals
The little secret to achieving big is from starting small. Practice all the above on a small scale and start wishing for something easy. Know what chemistry is getting invoked by it when your wishes come true. Same as goals, write them in chunks of achievable goals.
For example, if you want to get your dream job, start by wishing for more interviews, and before, start by wishing for more interview calls. All by practicing all above, stay positive, meditate, know yourself, and so on. Remember to be grateful and record the feeling you get to simulate and practice the sequence with your next smaller goals/wishes.
Some “Hacks” to Make Your Subconsious Cooperate
Manifestation is affected more by our subconscious beliefs, thoughts, patterns than by our conscious actions. This is mainly why our limiting beliefs often obstruct our symptoms. So if you wish to boost your manifestation procedure, you have to make your subconscious mind “cooperate.” You may have heard Theta soundwaves to help you to align more with your subconscious, but there’s an easier way to get your wish immersed in your subconscious, and that’s by sleeping.
Yes, before sleeping, practice this technique to plant all your wishes into your subconscious mind.
- Make your bed and remove all distractions before doing this so you can have your mood primed
- imagine you’re in a state you want, full of joy, all smiles, and peaceful
- Start a sequence of long breaths to get you into sleep, relax and imagine being in a fluffy cloud
- If you like, get some relaxing music (or Theta soundwaves) in the background. I personally let it natural
